Happy Wellness Wednesday Folks! Each month our Wellness Director, Shannon Hardy, presents on one aspect of our INSPIRE Program. This holistic program encompasses Inclusive, Nutritional, Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Recreational, and Engaging wellness, with a goal of providing purposeful programming. As we begin a new year and many residents have set goals and resolutions to be more physically active, Shannon will be presenting on Physical wellness this Friday. Here’s to a new year of fun, safe, and educated physical activity!

Their Christmas wish came true. Almost two dozen residents of Carolina Bay at Autumn Hall senior living community in Wilmington have been busy creating hats . On Friday, our knitting club had an extra special surprise!
